How It Works
For your party, special event or business dinner, Chef Thompson will consult with you to discuss your food requirements (your likes, dislikes, allergies, dietary restrictions, or any special needs) and the number of guests to attend. Chef Thompson will then deliver a proposed menu. We will do all of the planning, shopping and cooking, so you just relax and be hungry.
Chef Thompson can use your own dinnerware but we recommend our Platinum service where we bring all of the linens, silverware, glassware, plates, votive candles, and printed commemorative menus. There is an additional $15 per person charge for this service.
On the Day of the Event
Chef Thompson and staff will arrive at your home 2 hours before the dinner is to start. We will bring the food, pots, pans and all related cooking items to your house. Chef Thompson and one server will be on site for the evening. For parties with 6 or more guests, an additional server/assistant is added @ $25 per hour for the duration of the party. We will cook and serve the meal and clean the kitchen spotless before we leave.
Once a menu is approved, a deposit of 50% will be required to be received 14 days prior to secure the date. Residual balance is due the evening of the event.
